Welcome message from Coach E
Suspected (by me) as psoas issue:
When exactly did you start having this issue?
---- about 3 months ago without any significant or different movement patterns to flare it up.
If you're experiencing pain, rate it on a scale from 0-10?
----5 ish...not exactly pain but big movment issues involving my replacement left hip flexor makes completing exercises difficult. I am limited in my ROM.
If you've done any Precision Movement or ROM Coach routines or programs in the past tell us which ones and the results.
---- I did your Hip Mobility Program back in 2020 to get re-hab for my hip surgery.

How do you come up with/invent/adapt so many exercises targetting the various parts of the body and how long do you test them (and with whom) before inclusion in an exercise regime?
I realise this could probably take up the whole episode but you've had great success in helping people overcome pain through exercise so I believe it's of great interest.
Would you consider creating a set program specific for managing Osteoporosis?
Had a right hip replacement 15 months ago. Waiting for another hip replacement on left.
Right abductor muscles, inside groin onging pain for about a year. Nagging pain 3 to 4 score, seem to get worse with more exercise though hard to tell. I'm doing your hip rotation exercises phase one. What exercises should I avoid and what should I do more of to strengthen glutes and get rid of this ongoing groin pain.
Thanks Will
Dear Coach E,
What would you recommend for persistent (a number of years) groin / adductor pain radiating from groin down inner thigh? At times pain 4/10, at times no pain. Additionally, my adductor tendon clunks/ pops if I externally circle my hip with flexed knee. I am unsure as to the exact onset but used to do a lot of ballet at a high level if this is relevant. I have had a hip MRI which is clear.
What exercises / stretches/ASMR/ massage gun routine etc would you recommend for these issues?
Thank you
