Eric Wong, "Coach E", is a University of Waterloo trained Kinesiologist with over 20 years of experience helping athletes move and perform at their best.


Early in his career, he worked as a strength and conditioning coach to professional MMA fighters competing at the highest levels, including the UFC, accompanying athletes like Jeff Joslin and Claud Patrick to the cage, where Joslin often referred to him as his "secret weapon."
