custom routine autogenerator

person specifies body area(s) and something like number of exercises/ time duration / target intensity and gets a randomly generated ad hoc routine to follow. Useful for example if/when not doing scheduled programming

This sounds pretty complicated. The DMT Shuffle feature might go some way towards this. 🙂 Is it not better to use a pre-defined routine for an area then you know it’s been set up to flow correctly in terms of muscle “warm up”, activation then strengthening ?

that’s true! yea i was thinking mostly in terms of augmenting DMT anyway. And i guess adjustments from set routines for time/intensity restrictions for a person can be done just by personally just adjusting reps and whatnot for yourself anyway, so on second thought yea I agree this would be mostly unnecessary bloating
