How to Schedule Routines

In this tutorial, you'll learn how to schedule routines that will help you stay on track and get better results with automatic progression of sets and reps.

1. Go to train, library, then routines.

2. Once you find one that you wanna follow, hit the plus sign to open the scheduler.

Tap on the month, date and year field to select the start date.

Select the desired start date, then pick your workout days based on the recommended frequency, two to three days a week.

Tap on save.

3. Turn on notifications


You can turn on notifications for the routine by tapping on "More" then "Notifications" and ensuring push notifications are on.

And you can choose the time for when you'll get the routine notification and also the DMT notification there.

Tap on save to exit that screen,

4. Tap on the play button to do the routine.

5. Preview the exercises. then hit go and continue through the routine doing the sets and the reps outlined here.

When you're done, click on check as you go through the exercises.

You can quit in the middle if you cannot finish it at the current moment.

And then tell us how the routine went.

6. If you wanna make changes to the routine, tap on the gear icon.


You can change either your workout days by deselecting Wednesday and choosing Thursday instead.

Doing the same for Friday and choosing Saturday.


Instead, you can reschedule a missed routine by tapping on it and then picking another day.

You can also delete the routine by tapping on the garbage can icon up at the top.

And once you're done all of your changes, tap on safe.
