
ROM Coach Walkthrough
Ready to take charge of your movement health? This guide will walk you through everything you need to get started with the ROM Coach app. From downloading the app to customizing your training schedule, you'll learn how to navigate the app and make the most of its features. Let's dive in!
1. Download and Install the App
Open the Play Store on your device.
Search for ROM Coach.
Download and install the app if you haven't already.
2. Set Up Your Account
Open the app after installation.
Go through the onboarding screens.
If you already have an account, log in.
If not, create an account directly from the app.
For this walkthrough, we'll log in using a Google account.

3. Take the Movement Age Assessment
Tap Assess at the bottom of the screen.
Select Discover Your Movement Age.
Tap Take the Assessment.
Answer a series of yes or no questions about your ability to complete certain exercises and movements.
After finishing, you'll receive your Movement Age result.

4. Improve Your Movement Age
If you'd like to improve your result, tap Lower My Movement Age.
The app will suggest tailored routines to help you.

5. Start a Recommended Routine
Select a recommended routine to begin.
Review the overview to understand what it includes.
Check the programming section to see how often and how long to follow the routine.
6. Schedule Your Routine
- Tap Add to start the routine.
- Set your start date and pick your workout days (e.g., Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
- Once scheduled, you'll receive a welcome message from Eric.

7. Access and Manage Your Training
- Go to My Training to view your current workout and calendar.
- To find this section again, tap Train at the bottom, then My Training at the top.
- Adjust your schedule anytime by tapping the gear icon.

8. Complete a Workout
- Tap the play button to start a routine.
- Preview the exercises before tapping Go.
- Mark exercises as complete with a checkmark or as incomplete with a crossmark.
- Once finished, rate how it went and receive another message from Eric.
9. Explore Full Programs
- Tap the play button to start a routine.
- Preview the exercises before tapping Go.
- Mark exercises as complete with a checkmark or as incomplete with a crossmark.
- Once finished, rate how it went and receive another message from Eric.

10. Start a Program
- Tap Add under a routine to begin.
- The app will ask about any swelling or pain intensity and recommend the best starting point.
- Schedule your workouts as before, then tap Got it.

11. Customize Your Schedule
- Return to scheduling through the gear icon.
- Adjust workout days or specific dates on the calendar.

12. Browse All Exercises and Routines
- Explore all available exercises, routines, and programs, including new Painkillers.
- Tap Train, then Library to access the full collection.

You're now ready to make the most of ROM Coach and take control of your movement health!
