Whether you have general pain, a torn meniscus, bulging disc, rotator cuff tear, bursitis, hip pain, tendonitis, muscle strain or ligament sprain…
Step 1 is to decrease severe acute pain (7 or more out of 10), otherwise you won’t be able to perform the specific exercises and movements necessary to address the root causes of your pain. if you’ve been cleared by your doctor (or your doctor’s advice hasn’t helped) our Movement Painkillers are designed to quickly do just this with targeted routines that take just 3-5 minutes to do.
Step 2 is to follow the Pain Solution program for the area of your body that hurts. These programs are made up of unique exercises and progress through multiple phases. The exercises wake up weak/underactive muscles, fix muscle imbalances and improve flexibility and mobility of the problem area as well as areas above and below.
Finally, every routine and program is designed to be as time-efficient as possible using minimal to no equipment so you can do everything at home and most importantly - be consistent, ultimately providing lasting changes for lasting results.

While we can’t give specific timelines here because every situation is unique, typically after 2-4 weeks of following ROM Coach routines and making improvements you can test yourself in whatever activity you want to get back to.
