You are now a ROM Coach Premium subscriber, woohoo! Premium includes the ability to favorite, create custom routines, add an unlimited # of routines to your calendar and access all comprehensive programs, including the brand new STRONG FOR LIFE program.
You’ve secured the 1st year of your ROM Coach subscription for just $69. After the 1st year your subscription will renew at the discounted rate of $99 per year as opposed to our new annual pricing of $129, ensuring you continue to enjoy ROM Coach at the lowest price.
You can cancel anytime inside your account or by emailing us at vip@pmcoach.pro but if you decide to signup again in the future it will be at least $129 per year.
How to Access STRONG FOR LIFE
To find the Strong for Life program, open the ROM Coach app, tap on Train on the bottom, tap on Library at the top, then programs and scroll down then tap on Strong for Life. You can also watch the tutorial here.
IMPORTANT NOTE: when adding Strong for Life to your calendar you will be prompted for a pain rating - choose "no swelling" and enter "8" as your pain rating to properly schedule the program. Otherwise this has no effect on the program and if you are prompted for a pain rating in the future you can choose whatever you want.
